Chelley Bissainthe may have walked the carpet dressed in green at the premiere of Wicked: For Good in New York City. But this reality star-turned-media personality is ready to prep another color and strut down another aisle in the very near future.
“Loading, loading’” she replied when hit with the ultimate question: “When’s the wedding, girl?” After pondering it for a minute, she dropped this intel: “Sooner than you think,” she exclaimed, before playfully hitting us with a “Let me stop.”
Yes, we’re talking about her real-life love story that unfolded on Love Island USA, Season 7, with the one and only Allen “Ace” Steve Greene. Since the season’s epic finale, their love, which gave couple goals in real time, has only gotten stronger.
Bissainthe explained what makes her man the ultimate choice.
“His ambition, the way that he loves with all of him, that’s something that I admire,” she shared, adding that he’s actually teaching her to level up her own love game.
“Not that my love is ever conditional, never that, but sometimes I feel like I’m too scared to fully just let it all out,” she confessed. “With him, he’s like, ‘No…I don’t care.’ Scared, whatever, he’s gonna be him throughout the whole thing. So it’s like, he’s teaching me something. I can’t be ready to love somebody and be fearful at the same time. You really have to let it out.”
Bissainthe, who looked absolutely stunning in a corseted green dress and blonde pixie cut, also dropped truth on how to succeed if you’re thinking about signing up for the villa.
“Three things you’re gonna learn: when you’re on Love Island, it’s very vulnerable. You gotta wear your heart on your sleeve and be open to receiving anything that you feel like aligns with you and know that you’re deserving of it,” she advised.
“Number two, have confidence. You have to have confidence in love and relationships. And three, have fun. If you’re not having fun, it’s gonna feel too tense, too serious. Fun first.”
Info clocked and ready.
Wicked: For Good is in theaters on November 21.
