A little bit of Harlem is coming to Los Angeles. Meagan Good has joined the cast of Reasonable Doubt for its upcoming fourth season.
Good will play Regina Harris, the new district attorney, described as smart, compassionate, and no one’s fool. Last seen in Lifetime’s I’ll Never Let You Go, Good is known for her leading role as Camille on the comedic series Harlem, as well as her work in Tyler Perry’s Divorce in the Black, Shazam! Fury of the Gods, Think Like a Man, and more. She’s also co-owner of the fitness brand, Honor Culture, which she and her husband of one year, Jonathan Majors, launched in July 2025.
Joining Good at the gavel is Durrell “Tank” Babbs, stepping into a role that feels tailor‑made for him. He’ll play Eric Cropper, a super‑wealthy R&B artist and one of Jax Stewart’s longtime clients. Fresh from a successful Broadway debut in Alicia Keys’ Hell’s Kitchen in New York City, Tank’s hit “Please Don’t Go” reached No. 1 on the U.S. Adult R&B Airplay chart in 2007. With 10 studio albums to boot, he and longtime collaborator J. Valentine were recognized as EBONY Power 100 honorees in 2024 in the Media Mavens category for their 25-plus years of contributions to music, media, and production.
When we last saw Jax, a brutal attack had shaken her to the core, leaving her family—and her brand‑new law firm—on high alert. Nothing felt stable, least of all her future. Now, as she steps into a new chapter, Jax finds herself representing a client at the center of a full‑blown media disaster. One wrong move, even the smallest misstep, could jeopardize everything she’s building and put her fledgling firm on the line.
Good and Tank join series regulars Emayatzy Corinealdi and McKinley Freeman, along with Tim Jo and Angela Grovey.
