In Case You Missed It: The Blue Note Jazz Festival Took Napa Valley By Storm

The Blue Note Jazz Festival took to Napa Valley this past weekend for the annual multiday event. Over the course of three days, music lovers had an opportunity to convene and witness once-in-a-lifetime performances from some of music’s greatest talents. Dave Chappelle ushered in an eclectic yet legendary talent as the main host of the festival.

From NxWorries to Nas, the festival turned up and set it off with style and finesse. First launched in New York City in 2011, the Blue Note Jazz Festival expanded its reach to the West Coast accompanied by fun activities such as themed brunches, podcast recordings and tastings.

As if the curated performances during the festival were not enough, attendees were able to indulge in delectable dishes from restaurants like Stateline Road Smokehouse, Empress M, Babes. Bubbles. Boards, Howard Gumbo, Chef Sean Streete and A16 Pizza. Additionally, they had the option to try out tantalizing desserts from Brigachero and Mariapilar Ice Creamery.

It wouldn’t be a time in Napa Valley if you didn’t have a chance to test out some of the most delicious assortments of wines available. This variety included Black Girl Magic Wines, Pur Noire Urban Wineries and Theopolis Vineyards with unique chocolate pairings by Phillip Ashley Chocolates.

Here are moments from some of the exciting performances from the Blue Note Jazz Festival Weekend:
