Ingredients for two servings
○ 4 parts Hendrick’s Gin
○ 1-½ parts Fresh Lime Juice
○ 1 part Simple Syrup
○ 6 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters®
○ Top with Sparkling Water
○ Cucumber Spear to Garnish
Combine and divide all ingredients in two highball glasses filled with ice and lightly stir. Garnish each with a cucumber spear and serve for a simple and refreshing drink.
