Just call her proud momma of four! Cardi B and her partner Stefon Diggs have welcomed their first child. On November 13, the “Hello” singer posted a welcome to the world message on Instagram: “I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world,” she wrote next to a video of the singer strutting in a sassy black outfit.
“One more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.” On her Instagram stories, Cardi revealed her new baby’s gender by writing, “I just had a boy; I love this stroller!”

Cardi has mastered the art of simultaneously revealing a pregnancy and releasing an album. The singer confirmed that she was pregnant with her fourth child on September 17 on CBS Mornings, just two days before the release of her long-awaited second album, Am I the Drama?, which dropped on September 19.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” the “WAP” singer had revealed to Gayle King in a pre-taped interview.
This is her first child with the New England Patriots wide receiver. She already has three children with her former husband Offset: Kulture Kiari Cephus, born in 2018; Wave Set Cephus, born in 2021 and Blossom, born in September 2024.
Birthing “Am I the Drama?”
Just like she gives the most to her kids, Cardi put in the work to promote her second album. She posted hilarious reels to drum up album sales, which included her meet-and-greet tour at several record stores nationwide. Cardi also announced her upcoming tour, which kicks off at Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 25, 2026.
Cardi had attended the EE72 Magazine launch party at The Cut restaurant in New York City on September 12, cleverly hiding her belly under an oversized leopard-print coat.
The announcement of her first impending bundle of joy, Kulture, also coincided with the release of an album. During a performance on Saturday Night Live, which ran live on April 7, 2018, Cardi revealed her pregnant belly during her performance of “Be Careful.” She was wearing a fitted white dress that showed off her belly bump, confirming weeks of fan speculation. That announcement came just after the release of her debut album, Invasion of Privacy.
And just like now, Cardi kept a rigorous work schedule. She made her Coachella debut in April 2018, and didn’t slow down a beat, offering up a full performance, complete with twerking and a full roster of special guests.
