As the cruise industry continues to evolve, Carnival is committed to elevating its guests’ experiences while embracing diverse flavors that reflect the vibrant cultures of the destinations they visit. It’s offering a new series of enhancements designed to elevate the dining experience for guests. The menus in the Main Dining Room have been refreshed, featuring new culinary creations for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. Additionally, the Lido Marketplace will introduce a Lido Family Menu, featuring daily favorites sure to please kids, alongside the popular BlueIguana Cantina, which offers rotating daily specials.
Guests can also enjoy freshly baked bagels with assorted toppings at the new Bagels @ Sea. The Chef’s Table Menu has been revamped to offer elevated multi-course dinners that showcase regionally inspired flavors. To enhance the casual dining experience, Excel-class ships will host pop-up options such as Fruity & Frosted Breakfast Bars and Ice Cream and Milkshake Bars, with a variety of fun pop-ups available fleetwide.

Scheduled to launch in 2027 and 2028, The Next Course will debut aboard Carnival Festivale and Carnival Tropicale. This initiative speaks to the heart of what Carnival aims to achieve: creating memorable experiences that go beyond traditional dining.
