Meet EBONY the 2026 Power 100’s Entertainment Powerhouses

For every series, film, celebrity interview or red carpet moment, there are the talented people who appear on camera, as well as those who work diligently behind the scenes. In many cases, the people out front are doing double-duty and earning credits in the background, too.

Achieving and effectively utilizing power in entertainment requires time and skill, as well as the ability to bring ideas to fruition. In the realm of television production, both Channing Dungey and Pearlena Igbokwe are laser-focused on delivering quality programming to the masses in their roles as Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Television Group and Chairman of Television Studios, NBC Entertainment & Peacock Scripted, respectively. And while they began their creative journeys in music (and scored Grammy Awards), Oscar and BAFTA winner Questlove and Emmy winner 50 Cent continue to diversify their resumes by producing and starring in web and cable series, as well as must-see, award-winning documentaries.

Not one to stay in any single lane, two-time Emmy winner Keke Palmer’s self-funded media company, KeyTV, which is home to her Webby-nominated podcast, Baby, This is Keke Palmer, continues to grow. Multi-talented TS Madison knows how to push the needle and keep the conversation flowing, too, on the ever-addictive podcast, Outlaws.

Veteran storyteller Gina Prince-Bythewood has been steady on her grind as co-writer and director of the much-anticipated, star-studded big screen adaption of Children of Blood and Bone. And for co-founder and co-CEO of The Lede Company Meredith O’ Sullivan Wasson, putting her clients first remains the top priority.

No matter the position they play, each of these powerhouses have mastered the art of making it all look and feel effortless, which is the true magic of entertainment.
