That said, we’re pleased to announce Emmy-nominated actress and comedian Robin Thede as this year’s ceremonial host. From The Rundown with Robin Thede to the groundbreaking A Black Lady Sketch Show, Thede has cemented her mark in comedy and acting through her knack for bringing brilliance, boisterousness, and authenticity to every project she touches.
With her signature wit and magnetic energy, Thede embodies the essence of what Power 100 represents — a place for trailblazers who command every room they occupy while redefining the culture for the better.

Ari Lennox, a D.C. native and GRAMMY-nominated songstress, continues to captivate audiences with her cozy, relatable lyricism filled with the same honesty that shines through timeless tracks like “Whipped Cream” and “Shea Butter Baby.” The GRAMMY Award–winning Lucky Daye, known for his smooth, sensual sound and captivating style, will also grace the stage, ensuring the night’s energy reflects the excellence being honored.
